Overview
Setting
► During the following inside measurement, make sure that the tip of the measuring scale does not
tough the magnetic strip, as this might scratch it!
► Position the measuring scale (1) on the top edge of the X axis lower linear guide (2) and measure
the distance to the nozzle changer contact surface (4).
► Hold the measuring scale vertically (1).
► Hook the reject box small cpl. [03106818-xx] and the
reject box large cpl.[ 03106815-xx] (2) into the holder
[03106722-xx] (1).

Place a suitable plastic plate between the magnet and measuring scale.

► The setting value (4) is 150 +/-0.2 mm.
You can adjust the height, where necessary, by removing or adding NC adjusting plates.
► Repeat this measurement on the inside of the gantry (5).
► Calibrate the position of the nozzle changer.

CAUTION
Crash hazard!
Do not place too many adjusting plates underneath.
Spacer plate [03104724-xx]
► Fix the spacer plate for the Q10 magazine
[03104724-xx] (1) to the fixation points using the two
M6x70 screws (2).

Installing the Manual Table
Before installing the manual table, the tape duct and the cutting device must be removed.
► Fix the Q10 magazine (1) to the spacer plate
[03104724-xx] (2) using the three screws (3).
NOTICE
Cables and hoses
► Before installing the table ensure to route all cables and hoses for the subsequent connec-
tion.
► Guide the pneumatic hose (1) out of the machine past
the rear side of the nozzle changer.
Ensure that the hose cannot be squeezed.
CAUTION
Back part, adjustable table fiducial
Do not operate the machine without the back part of the manual table or without the adjustable
table fiducial.
