- Check Pick Up Height according to Each Pallet.
- Check Pick Up Speed and Pick Up Delay.
- Check Pallet of Tray Feeder is Secured Properly.
; If the Pallet is not Secured Properly when Initial Programming, Pick Up Miss Error may be Occurred Frequently after Part
Replacement.

IC Vision Check Error
- Compare the Size of Actual Part with that in Part Data.
- Check Body and Lead of Part is Divided Definitely and Adjust Light if
Required.
- Adjust Length of Foot.
- Adjust Light Properly until Body and Lead of Part is Divided Definitely.
Head is the Most Important Part in CP-40L(V), and should be Checked on
Occasion. Most Maintenance is Performed for Head Section and Takes
Effect on Quality.
Check the Head Daily, Weekly and Monthly to Raise the Rate of Operation
of Equipment and to Prepare for Possible Problems.

Aligner Offset Setting Method
Problems
1. In order to Set Installation State, Adjust Actual Data of Spindle Center and Camera Offset.
-> It may be a Problem when ANC,1005 Pick Up.
2. For LV, CV and WA Installation Equipment, Head Offset should not be Adjusted in order to Set Installation State. Especially
for WA, Aligner Offset should be Used in order to compensate for Offset of Large Parts Caused by Short-focus Lens.
Causes
Even though Aligner Offset was Used to Set Installation State, Not X and Y of Aligner Offset but Spindle Center and camera
Offset were Used Inevitably in the Process of Applying Fine Pitch Algorithm of Quad.
Actions
Use Aligner Offset to Set Installation State.
