Z or R axis Homing failed going out of home sensor (home02)

(Head 1-Z axis)

Occurs when home sensor fails to be Off in the course of escaping from Z-axis or

R-axis home sensor, or other troubles(motor driver error, etc.) are occurred during

escape.

In case caused by other errors, check the cause of other errors.

Check manually the ON/OFF switching conditions of Home sensor.

Check that home sensor of Z-axis or R-axis is detected properly by use of teaching box.

Encoder Zero phase.

Check that Z-axis Encoder line is linked properly.

In case caused by other errors, check the cause of other errors.

For R-axis, check manually the ON/OFF switching conditions of Home sensor.

By use of teaching box, check that R-axis home sensor is detected properly.

Try again after Emergency stop.

If failed to recover with above corrective action, the error is caused by incorrect designation of Motor

ID or Speed in aspects of software error.

Check that POWER SUPPLY voltage(DC5V) is supplied properly.
