Commands in the brackets(<>) can be executed by clicking on the command of MMI

in succession. For instance, in this manual, the execution of <Vacuum> command in

the figure below is described such as "Execute the <Diagnostics/Vacuum> command".

Please refer to "Operations Manual" for more detailed information on another
