 Check the lubricants on the ball screw. Insufficient lubricants on the rails could cause

unusual noise during operation of the machine.

Solution

 Clean the ball screw of any contamination or dust, and apply grease if necessary.

 Apply grease through the grease nipple.

Inspection

 Check to see if the fastening strength of the coupling is normal.

Solution

 Tighten the fastening bolt of the coupling.

Inspection

 Check the tension of the belt to see if it is too tight or too loose.

 Check the belt for abnormal wear.

 Check the driving motor pulley for abnormal wear.

 Check the support idler for abnormal wear.

 Check the belt to see if it has shifted in position or is coming off.

Solution

 Use the support idler for the motor to adjust the tension of the belt if it seems too tight

or too loose.

 Eliminate the dust and contamination and apply grease to the lead screw if necessary.

Inspection

 Look for components, dust or discoloration of the rails.

 Insufficient lubricant on the rails can cause difficulty in adjusting the width of the

conveyor. Check the lubricant condition.

Solution

 Eliminate the dust and contamination from the rails and apply grease to the lead

screw if necessary.

 Apply grease through the grease nipple.

1.2.3.4. Belt and Pulley for Adjusting Conveyor Width On Automatic Operation

Inspection

 Check the tension of the belt to see if it is too tight or too loose.

 Check the belt for abnormal wear.

 Check the pulley for abnormal wear.

Solution

 If the tension of the belt is adjusted with the screw for belt tension adjustment, the

motor might be affected. When you need to adjust the tension, please contact our C/S

center immediately for A/S.

Inspection

 Check for contamination on the chain.

 Insufficient lubricant on the chain could cause difficulties in adjusting the conveyor

width. Check the condition of the lubrication.

Solution

 Eliminate the contamination and apply grease if necessary.

1.2.3.6. PCB Detect Sensor

Inspection

 Check to see if the sensor window has been contaminated.

 Check the sensor's performance to see whether it is functioning or not.

Solution

 Eliminate the contamination and clean the sensor window with a soft cloth.

 Check the sensitivity of sensor.

 If the sensor is found defective, contact the service center for a replacement.
