(15) Power on time
Shown is the period of time during which the control power of
the machine was kept "ON".
Example: 10:03’50" (10 hours, 3 minutes, and 50 seconds)
Auto run time
Shown is the period of time during which the machine was run-
ning automatically.
When a particular pattern program is set several times as cur-
rent one, the sum total is computed.
Placement Time
Shown is the time required to finish a P.C.B. (from the first to the
last component placement on one product P.C.B.).
The essential component placement time is summed up. While
the machine is set in the "STOP" or the "PAUSE" mode or a step
operation is performed, the time is not measured.
This is used to calculate the average placement tact time per
component.
P.C.B. transfer time
Shown is the period of time during which each motor (motors to
drive the L conveyor, the transfer conveyor, the P.C.B. transfer,
and the R conveyor) is being activated.
P.C.B. wait
Input wait
Shown is the period of time during which the machine was
completely in the waiting mode (the machine was waiting for
a P.C.B. to be loaded from the input machine).
Output wait
Shown is the period of time during which the machine was
completely in the waiting mode (the machine was waiting for
a P.C.B. to be unloaded to the output machine).
P.E.C./B.B.R.
Shown is the period of time during which the machine is taking
P.E.C. recognition and B.B.R. detection actions.
Counted is the period of time during which the X/Y table starts
moving and the P.E.C. recognition and B.B.R. detection are com-
pleted.
Others
Shown is the period of time during which the machine takes ac-
tions other than the above-described ones.
Included are the periods of time during which the F-axis takes
actions before component placement, the X/Y table returns af-
ter component placement, etc.

Note
Stop time
Shown is the period of time during which component placement
operation was interrupted for component replenishment, etc.
Error stop
Error alarm
Shown is the period of time during which an alarm (light
tower ON) is issued.
Recovery
Shown is the time between error cancellation and restart
of machine operation.
Feeder Reload
Shown is the period of time during which components are
supplied.
Others
Shown is the period of time during which the machine per-
forms the set-up, program change, idling operations, etc.
(16) Maintenance time
Shown is the period of time during which the [OPERATION]
switch on the front operation panel was set to the "SETUP" side.
(17) Warm-up run time
The running time is counted when the machine is operated un-
der the following condition.
"ENABLE" set for "TEST RUN" in "Run Mode" Tab Sheet ("OPN.
MODE" Window)
"PCB XFR Err Det Disabled" Check Box Checked
(State in which no P.C.B. is put in and out)
(18) Test mode time
Shown is the period of time during which test run is performed
according to the test mode parameters.
(19) Total handling errors/Total components
Shown are the total number of pick-up errors, the total number
of components to be picked up, and the percentage of pick-up
errors per total number of picked components.
A: comp. missing (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of component missing errors detected
by the linear measure detection photosensor and the percent-
age of component missing errors per total number of pick-up
errors.

B: comp. missing (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of component missing errors detected
in the recognition process and the percentage of component
missing errors per total number of pick-up errors.
C: comp. vertical (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of vertical component errors detected by
the linear measure detection photosensor and the percentage
of vertical component errors per total number of pick-up errors.
D: comp. recog. (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of errors detected in the recognition pro-
cess and the percentage of errors per total number of pick-up
errors.
E: comp. thick (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of errors in component thickness de-
tected by the linear measure detection photosensor and the per-
centage of errors per total number of pick-up errors.
F: pick-up diff (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of pick-up difference errors detected in
the recognition process and the percentage of the errors per
total number of pick-up errors.
G: comp. reverse (% of Total handling errors)
Shown are the number of reversed component errors detected
in the recognition process and the percentage of the errors per
total number of pick-up errors.
Total handling errors
Shown is the total number of component pick-up errors.
1point errors (% of Total P.E.C. recog. errors)
Shown are the total number of errors detected on the first fidu-
cial mark and the percentage of the detected errors per total
number of all errors detected by the P.E.C. recognition function.
2point errors (% of Total P.E.C. recog. errors)
Shown are the total number of errors detected on the second
fiducial mark and the percentage of the detected errors per total
number of all errors detected by the P.E.C. recognition function.
