In this machine, the following data is used.

mance of the machine.

• Pattern Programs

Pattern programs must be created for each P.C.B. to be produced.

The automatic operation of this machine is controlled by these pat-

tern programs.

• Component Library

This library stores data related to picks, recognition, and placement

of each individual component.

Refer to another instruction manual "COMPONENT LIBRARY"

(TCM-X Series) for detailed information on the component

library.

• Management Data

This management data contains "Management Data", "Pattern Pro-

gram Management Data", "Component Handling Error Rate Data",

etc.

• System Setting

This function enables the operator to set up various data such as the

system data, the nozzle data, and the machine setup data, etc., re-

lated to the system.
