Block
When placement data is created to cope with the block sorting func-
tion or the block-specified multi-model repetitive pattern function, the
recovery regulation function must be enabled.
"Block-Specified" means that a control command (0 to 9) is
used for certain data in the placement data (P).
Disable : The recovery regulation function is disabled.
The normal automatic recovery function is activated.
Enable : The recovery regulation function is enabled.
When the automatic recovery function is activated, the
components in the group with the smallest block No. are
recovered first and the components in the subsequent
groups are recovered in the ascending order.
As long as all components in the group (smaller block
No.) are not recovered, the subsequent group of com-
ponents (block No.) are not placed.
(a) When "Enable" is set in the "U-N" or the "Block" text box,
the automatic (delayed) recovery function (priority of com-
ponents) cannot be used.
Even when the [Priority of Comp.] button is selected in
the "Opn. Mode" tab sheet of the "OPN. MODE" window
(submenu), it is automatically changed to the "Stop Auto
Run" mode.
(b) When "Enable" is set in the "Block" text box of the label
"Recovery regulation", it is invalidated unless the pattern
program is created to cope with the multi-model repeti-
tive pattern function or the block sorting function. This is
not regarded as an error during pattern program check
operation.
(c) When "Enable" is set in the "U-N" and the "Block" text
boxes, only "Enable" in the "Block" text box becomes
valid.

Sample Usage of This Function
Use this function when the adjoining pitch of components is "0.4
mm" or less.
There is an effect to prevent the interference between the compo-
nents to be placed and the already-placed components and the in-
terference between the already-placed components and the nozzles
during component placement operation.
Use this function when small components must be placed on the
placed large ones.
Use this function when the shielding cases, etc., must be attached
to the placed components.
(A01_17) Unit P.C.B. B.B.R. (Option)
When the machine is not equipped with the unit
P.C.B. B.B.R. function (option), this function cannot
be used.
Mode
Set one of the following options to determine whether or not the unit
P.C.B. B.B.R. detection function should be used.
Disable : The unit P.C.B. B.B.R. detection function is
disabled.
Standard : The unit P.C.B. B.B.R. detection is made at
the standard position.
Optional : The unit P.C.B. B.B.R. detection is made at
an optional position.
(a) Standard
In the P-No. 1 step of the placement data (P), set the unit
P.C.B. B.B.R. detection mark position.
Refer to "(C02) Placement Data (P-data)" for details.
(b) Optional
Refer to "(C03) Placement Data (O-data)" for details.

Image
Select one of the following options to determine how to capture an
image of the unit P.C.B. B.B.R. detection mark (bad mark).
Black (E/NR) : A black mark (E/NR) is used.
White (E/R) : A white mark (E/R) is used.
Component prechuck
"Enable" or "Disable" can be selected to determine whether or not
components should be prechucked.
Disable : Components are not picked up until the unit P.C.B.
B.B.R. detection is completed.
Enable : Components are picked up before the unit P.C.B.
B.B.R. detection is completed.
Sequence
Set one of the following options when both P.E.C. recognition and
unit P.C.B. B.B.R. detection functions are used together.
Bad Mark : The unit P.C.B. B.B.R. detection function is acti-
vated before the P.E.C. recognition function. No
recognition is implemented on the unit P.C.B.
where a bad mark is put.
Recognition: The P.E.C. recognition function is activated before
the unit P.C.B. B.B.R. detection function. Positional
correction is made according to the result of the
P.E.C. recognition during movement to the bad
mark position.
