A) Lot information
Name Explanation
a Lot name The name of the production lot
b Period The time during which production management information to be
displayed is compiled

the transfer unit.

a Panel Count The number of PCBs passed through the line

b Pattern Count The number of patterns actually produced (placed)
c Running Rate[%] The rate of the time during which the machine actually performs the
placement process in the production mode
(Operation rate = Real run time / Run time)
d Running Time The time in the production mode
e Real Running Time Definitions of single-lane and dual-lane are different.
Single-lane:
The time found by subtracting the one while placement is stopped,
owing to an error or a wait for upstream/downstream processes,
from the one in the production mode
(Real run time = Run time
Total downtime)
Dual-lane:
The time found by subtracting the one while placement is stopped,
owing to an error or a wait for upstream/downstream processes, and
the transport time from the one in the production mode
(Real run time = Run time
Total downtime – Transport time)
When the machine runs with dual-lane at optimum condition, there
will be no loss of transport time.
f Total Stop Time The machine downtime during production
g Spoilage Rate [PPM] The spoilage rate is calculated using the following formula.
