RETURN : Press to return to Page 000/000.

• Input from Numerical Keyboard
When this command is selected, the machine will wait for the operator to input a
sequence number. From the numerical keypad, input the sequence number from
which production is to be started and press the carriage return [CR] key.
The sequence number of a skipped sequence can be input. In this case, production
starts from the next non-skipped sequence following this number.
The sequence number must be input once again if the first sequence number input
exceeds the number of sequences in the program.

PRODUCT : Normal production.
SIMULATE : Currently not supported.
IDLE : Does not pick up parts or carry out vision processing. Boards are
not fed out of the machine. The tape feeders feed parts from the
tape.
Note : The production mode (PRODUCT) is automatically set when the machine power is
turned on.

• Action of the Function Keys
S STOP : Press to stop production after the current board
is completed. When the board has been
completed the display returns to Page 100/000.
After this command has been selected, “Stop
After Current Board” is displayed in the first
display area.
CANCEL : Press to cancel the previously selected
command. When [S STOP] is selected, the
function key changes to [CANCEL].
• Cycle Stop Button
Pressing the [CYCLE STOP] button causes the machine to stop
after the current sequence is finished. The display then returns
to Page 100/000.
• When an Alarm Occurs
Production is interrupted and the alarms are displayed in the
second display area. The display "Waiting for Reset SW"
displays. The system returns to Page 100/000 when the
[RESET] button is pressed.
