• Cam Speed Check
When "Cam_speed_CP43" is checked in Part data, and the cam speed
has not been entered the following error code will display.
11010310 + device number/13
Note: Check Part data, enter the correct value for "Cam_speed_CP43 and
retransmit the corrected program.
5.2 Checking Proper Data
Any time a Proper data item moves outside its prescribed range, an error
message will appear.
Placing Position X and Placing Position Y Check
If either of these are at 0, error code 11022321 will appear.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
Loading Position X and Loading Position Y Check
If either of these are at 0, error code 11023223 will appear.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
Cam Speed Check
If the cam speed is less than 10% or greater than 100%, error code
11022323 will appear.
Remedy: Enter a value within this range and transmit the corrected
Proper data. Normally this value is set at 100%.
Pickup Position D1 Check
If this is set at less than -500000 or more than 0, error code 11022326 will
result.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.

If this is set at less than 100000 or more than 300000, error code 1102233B
will result.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
D1 Original Position Check
If this is set at less than -10000 or more than 10000, error code 11022328
will result.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
D2 Original Position Check
If this is set at less than -10000 or more than 10000, error code 11022329
will result.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
PCB Check Position X, PCB Check Position Y
If either of these are at 0, error code 1102232D will appear.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
Max Limit Position X and Min Limit Position X Check
If either of these are at 0, error code 1102232E will appear.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
Max Limit Position Y and Min Limit Position Y Check
If either of these are at 0, error code 1102232F will appear.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.

result.

M Nozzle Place Offset X Check
If this is set at less than -2000 or more than 2000, error code 11022333 will
result.
Remedy: Carry out Proper data measurement and then transmit the
corrected Proper data.
L Nozzle Place Offset X Check
If this is set at less than -2000 or more than 2000, error code 11022334 will
result.
