4. Vision Processing Errors
This chapter explains the various vision processing errors which may occur.
4.1 Fiducial Mark and Block Skip Mark Error Messages
Error Code 1C120002
Cause: Either the size of the mark designated in the production
program is different from the mark size actually read during
vision processing or the mark types are different.
Remedy: Verify that the size and type of marks on the board match those
specified in the production program.
Error Code 1C200001
Cause: The mark search range designated in the production program is
too close to the edge of the camera field of vision.
Remedy: Change the production program so that the mark is set in the
center of the field of vision.
Error Code 1C200002
Cause: There was not a distinct enough contrast between the mark and
the mark search area for the mark to be recognized.
Remedy: Obtain a better contrast between the mark and the mark search
area.

4.2 Calibration (Proper Data Measurement) Error Messages
Error Code 1C310010
Cause: Training cannot be carried out.
Remedy: Try rebooting the machine. This error generally does not occur.
Error Code 1C310011
Cause: A contradiction occurred during calibration.
Remedy: This error generally does not occur. Reboot the machine.
Error Code 1C310013
Cause: A movement command contradiction occurred during
calibration.
Remedy: This error will probably never occur. If it does, contact Fuji.
Error Code 1C310015
Cause: A movement command contradiction occurred during
calibration.
Remedy: This error will probably never occur. If it does, contact Fuji.
Error Code 310016
Cause: A movement command contradiction occurred during
calibration.
Remedy: This error will probably never occur. If it does, contact Fuji.
Error Code 1C310017
Cause: A movement command contradiction occurred during
calibration.
Remedy: This error will probably never occur. If it does, contact Fuji.
Error Code 310018
Cause: A contradiction occurred in the calibration operation
commands.
Remedy: This error will probably never occur. If it does, contact Fuji.

Cause: Calibration is already in the process of being carried out.
Remedy: This error will probably never occur.
4.3 Vision Processing Parts Errors
Error Code 1C4100004
Cause: A logical error has occurred.
Remedy: Contact Fuji or your Fuji representative.
Error Code 1C410100
Cause: There is no element.
Remedy: Check the generic device description.
Error Code 1C410101
Cause: Vision processing could not detect an edge on the element.
Remedy: Check the generic device description.
Error Code 1C410102
Cause: There is a mistake in the segment ID.
Remedy: Check the generic device description segment ID (refer to ‘id’).
Error Code 1C410103
Cause: Placement flag has not been set.
Remedy: Check the generic device description placement flag (refer to
‘placement’).
Error Code 1C410104
Cause: Pick-up error is too large.
Remedy: Decrease the tolerance in the generic device description (refer to
‘total tolerance x,’ ‘total tolerance y,’ ‘rotational tolerance’).
