Parts are placed on blocks 1 to 4. Block 5 is skipped. The
display depends on the program status.
P : Block for normal production
S : Block to be skipped
Blocks displayed in red have been set in MCS/2H to be
skipped.
• Input from Numerical Keypad
Input the number of the block to be skipped. If the block was
set to be produced, it will now be skipped, and vice versa. Note
that a block skip set in MCS/2H can only be cleared by
changing the program and retransmitting it to the machine.

CHECK : Press to check the parts mounted on the device
table for the current production program.
OFFSET : Press to set an offset for any device requiring it.
For example, if a part is being mispicked due to
slippage, it may require an offset to align the
center of the nozzle with the center of the part.
RETURN : Press to return to Page 400/000.
