47: ID Station Type S_type: A_type $❈
On HELPS-compatible machines, sets the location of the ID station.
S_type: The ID station is in the machine.
A_type: The ID station is outside the machine.
The standard setting is "A_type."
48: Buzzer warning On: Off $#
On HELPS-compatible machines, this sets whether or not a buzzer sounds
during changeover operator prompts.
On: Buzzer will sound.
Off: Buzzer will not sound.
The standard setting is "On."
49: Process Timer 1 ~ 120000 [msec] $#
On HELPS-compatible machines, this sets the protocol timer value. The
standard setting is 10000 msec.
50: Reader Type 0 ~ 9 $#
On HELPS-compatible machines, when using a bar code reader, this sets
the type of code reader.
0: Bar code reader
1: Pattern code reader
Other: Bar code reader
The standard setting is 0.
51: Code Reader Timer 1 ~ 120000 [msec] $#
This sets the amount of time allowed for a bar code reader to read a board
type code. The standard setting is 10000 [msec].
52: Code Reader Retry 0 ~ 10 $#
This sets the number of times a code reader will read a board again in case
of a misreading the first time. The standard setting is 0.
53: Reader1 Port No. 0 ~ 30 $#
This is valid only for HELPS-compatible machines. Sets the four channel
port number for code reader 1 (top surface).
0: Not used
1 ~ 30: Connector number of the four channel communication board.
The standard setting is 0.

70: Device Check SW No: Parts Miss Error #
This sets whether or not a compulsory device check will be performed after
running out of parts, or after a program has been changed.
No: No mandatory device check
Parts: Perform mandatory device check when parts run out.
Miss: Perform mandatory device check when parts run out or when parts
are mispicked.
Error: Perform mandatory device check when parts run out, parts are
mispicked or when a vision processing error occurs.
The standard setting is "Parts."

This sets the hardware used in device check.
Non: Handy Terminal not used
Barcode: Do not use this setting
Handy_term: Handy Terminal used
If “Barcode” is used, the device check may not work.The standard setting is
"Non."
72: Barcode Reader Type 0 ~ 9 #
This sets the type of bar code reader used in device check.
0: Not used
1: Do not use this setting
2: Epson HC-7 (Handy Terminal)
3 ~ 9: Same type of setting as 2.
If “1” is used the device check may not work. The standard setting is 0.
73: Device Check Port 0 ~ 30 #
If a Handy Terminal is used during device check, this sets the four channel
port number for the code reader.
0: Handy Terminal not used
1 ~ 30: Port number
The standard setting is 0.
74: ESC Permission Non: Permit #
This sets whether or not the [ESC] command can be used during device
check.
Non: [ESC] command cannot be used
Permit: [ESC] command can be used
The standard setting is "Permit."
75: MAN Permission Non: Permit #
This sets whether or not the machine can be controlled through the
numerical input keypad on the Handy Terminal.
Non: Keypad cannot be used
Permit: Keypad can be used
