(d) Nozzle Skip Information Area

When a nozzle is skipped, the head and nozzle of the skipped nozzles

will display.

Yellow Nozzle is skipped automatically based on statistical

processing (based on settings made at MCS).

Blue Nozzle is skipped using command keys at the machine.

Red Nozzle is skipped because determined as faulty in the

nozzle center measurement and the nozzle skip function

is set to ON in the Proper data.

(e) Tape End Information Area

This display indicates the device numbers of feeders which are about

to run out of parts. Once this situation is corrected the display

disappears.

4.3.1 Emergency Stop

When a situation occurs in which the machine would be damaged

if it continued to operate, the servo motors, conveyor motors and

air cylinders stop operating. The message “Waiting for Reset SW”

appears, and after the operator fixes the problem, the [RESET]

button should be pressed. The message “Ready” will then appear.

Note: When an emergency stop occurs, refer to Part 6, Chapter 1 of this

manual.

4.3.2 Cycle Stop (During Automatic Operation)

This is the display when a cycle stop occurs.

Press this button during automatic operation to cancel the

automatic operation mode at the end of the current sequence. The

message “Waiting for Reset SW” appears along with a brief

description of the problems on the machine. After the source of the

problem has been removed, press the [RESET] switch, and the

“Press START” message will appear.

manual.
