(Cause 1) The mounting direction of the linear scale is not
matching.
(Remedy) Check the mounting direction of the linear scale.
Review the settings (Linear Scale Electronic
Gears) of Parameter Nos. 65 and 66.
Check the linear scale control error detection level
+F67.
(Cause 2) The motor worked with Servo ON.
(Remedy) Confirm that the motor has stopped and set
"Servo ON" again.
(Cause 3) Initial Magnetic Pole Detection Not Executed
(Remedy) Execute the initial magnetic pole detection.

(Cause 4) The resolution of the linear scale signal is different from
the specified one.
(Remedy) Review the settings (Linear Scale Electronic
Gears) of Parameter Nos. 65 and 66.
Check how the linear scale is mounted.

(Remedy) Change the servo amplifier.

(Remedy 2) Review operation pattern.
(Remedy 3) Use servo motor that provides larger output.

(Remedy) Change servo motor.
Load exceeded overload protection characteristics of servo
amplifier.
Load Factor 300%: 2.5 s or more

(Cause 1) Servo amplifier is used in excess of its continuous
output current.
(Remedy 1) Reduce load.
(Remedy 2) Review operation pattern.
(Remedy 3) Use servo motor that provides larger output.

(Remedy 1) Repeat acceleration/deceleration to execute auto
tuning.
