9.17 DETERMINE COPLANARITY COORDINATES
The coplanarity laser module is arranged on the operator’s side, normally between the component camera
and the nozzle changer.
An approximately correct starting value for the X/Y-position of the laser module should have already been
entered in the MA-Data (under "INK SPOT"!).
Perform the determination of the coplanarity data as described for HS-180, section
7.15
.
Testing aids required: see section 7.15.
9.18 AXES MOVEMENT MENU
This menu is intended for testing purposes, error isolation and the adjustment of gantry and head axes.
Within the scope of the Routine Check it is required
only if
a
deviation
> 2 counts
was obtained during the
initially performed axis adjustment (see menu option "CHECK AXIS ADJUSTMENT").
All information about the
use
of the AXES MOVEMENT MENU is contained in the description of this
menu option in section
5.1.20.
For all
safety instructions
displayed during the performance of this menu refer to
section 2.3
!
9.19 I/O MENU
This menu is only selected for testing purposes and error isolation.
Skip this menu option for the performance of the Routine Check.
All information about the
use
of the I/O MENU is contained in the description of this menu option in section
5.1.21.
Prior to the performance of this menu option read the safety instructions contained in section 2.4 .
In particular observe the
WARNING
contained in section 2.4 upon the concurrent setting of outputs!

10 Final Work After Calibration
This chapter describes all activities to be performed after the completion of the AutoCal measuring procedure.
Proceed in accordance with the applicable section listed below (10.1: HS-180 / 10.2: Adhesive Station II /
10.3: MS-1xx).
10.1 Final Work on HS-180 Placement Stations
10.1.1 On the BASIC Line Computer (from LRB 102.xxx): Loading the Files
Copy the MA_DATEI and, if applicable, the MA_ZUSATZ file with the new values and the PASSPKT_ file
created during mapping, from the work diskette to the hard disk of the line computer proceeding as descri-
bed below:
After "STORING" and completed calibration, remove the
work diskette
containing the created or
modified files, from the disk drive of the station computer and take the diskette to the line computer.
Enter the appropriate password on the line computer.
Starting from the main menu, select "File Functions" on the line computer.
Insert the work diskette containing the new data into the disk drive.
Copy the two files MA_DATEI and MA_ZUSATZ of the calibrated station from the work diskette to the
hard disk of the line computer by pressing successively the following function keys:

Reading in the PASSPKT_ file:
Insert the work diskette containing the MA-data into the disk drive of the line computer.
NOTE
The created PASSPKT_* file (* = station no.) must be renamed before it is saved to the line computer.
Rename the new PASSPKT_ file before it is read into the line computer by executing the
following sequence of commands:
NOTE
"X" denotes the no. of the station.
