Safety Precautions
"Safety Precautions" describes the precautionary items that
should be kept to prevent personal injury or property damage be-
forehand and use the machine safely.
1. About Safety Precaution Labels
The following warning signs are classified into three categories ac-
cording to the degree of danger.
Please fully understand the meaning of each sign for safety precau-
tions.
Identifying Alert Icons
: This symbol mark represents danger or prompts warning.
: This symbol mark represents prohibited operations.
: This symbol mark represents forced operations or instruc-
tions.
This indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, may result in injury or physical dam-
age.
CAUTION

This indicates an imminently hazardous situation
which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious
injury.

2.1 Basic Precautions

The machine must be used with the covers being attached.
Each cover is provided to protect people and objects from any injuries
and damages that might be caused by any moving and high-voltage
areas.
Confirm that no covers are disengaged before operating the machine.
Otherwise, be sure to attach them in place.

Never modify any part of the main body such as [EMERGENCY
STOP] switches and the front safety door for safety purposes.
WARNING

CAUTION
Do not use the floppy disk drive in the control box.
Otherwise, the machine may break down because the program may be
corrupted due to computer viruses or worms or may be changed in the
hard disk drive of the machine.

Only qualified (well-trained) personnel should operate the machine.
CAUTION
In case of earthquake, windstorm, fire, or lightning, stop the machine
immediately, turn off power switches and cut the power supply to the
machine.
