WARNING

2.6 Pre-Installation Checks
2.6 Pre-Installation Checks
If the machine is installed in unsatisfactory environmental conditions, it
may malfunction due to damage or breakdown.
To avoid this, make preparations to install the machine as follows.
• The primary power supply must be prepared on the local site.
Voltage : 200±20 V AC, 3-Phase
Apparent Power : TCM-X100: Approx. 16 kVA
TCM-X200: Approx. 16 kVA
TCM-X300: Approx. 16 kVA
• Our service personnel will connect the primary power source.
When any person other than our service personnel must connect the
primary power source, consult our marketing department or sales
agency beforehand.
• If the machine is scheduled to be transferred to another place, please
contact our marketing department or sales agency beforehand.
• Select a place solid enough to support the mass of the machine.
Ref. : It is recommended that the machine should be installed on the first floor.
When the machine has to be installed on a floor other than the first one, please
contact our marketing department or sales agency for details.

• Ambient temperature must be 20±10°C and humidity 30 to 80%. Any dew condensation
must be avoided.
• When the machine is transferred to another place and the ambient temperature rises
more than the surface of the machine, dew may condense under the condition described
below.
Note that dew condensation may cause the machine to break down.
Condition of Dew Condensation
Dew may condense when the difference (based on "Humidity (%)") between the ambient
temperature of the destination (the place where the machine was transferred) and the
surface temperature of the machine reach the values or more in the table below.
Humidity (%) of Destination Differences between Ambient Temperature of
Destination and Surface Temperature of Machine
80 3°C or more
70 6°C or more
60 8°C or more
50 10°C or more
40 14°C or more
30 18°C or more

• Ensure that the selected place is free of electric noise.
• Precautionary measures (prevention of noise generation, etc.) must be taken for other equip-
ment to prevent malfunctions.
