5.1 Adjustment of the Pallet Intake Cylinder
Warning
Turn off the 200 V servo power before carrying out this work.
1. Place a pallet on the "down" lifter and lower the lifter.
2. At the fully retracted position of the pallet intake cylinder, adjust the location of
the cylinder so as to obtain a clearance of 5 to 10 mm between the tab and the hook
on the bottom of the pallet, then secure in place with the bolts.

5.2 Adjustment of the Pallet Ejection Cylinder

Turn off the 200 V servo power before carrying out this work.
1. Push a pallet on the return conveyor into the UP lifter.
2. At the fully advanced position of the pallet ejection cylinder, position the cylinder
so that there is no play between the tab and the side of the pallet. Use the nut to
perform fine adjustment.

5.3 Adjustment of the Shock Absorber
Warning
Turn off the 200 V servo power before carrying out this work.
Adjust the shock absorber for the pallet stopper.
1. Move the stopper as far as it will travel in the pallet-ejection direction.
2. Turn the nut to adjust the position of the shock absorber.
Make the shock absorber come into contact with the stopper and press it in by an
amount corresponding to one full stroke.
Return the shock absorber by 0.5 to 1.0 mm from this point, then secure it in place.
3. Set the scale indicator at "6".
