1. Carrier Type Loading System
The standard sequencer loader transports boards from the in-conveyor to the out-
conveyor. In contrast to the standard loader, the CP-643E/643ME sequencer loader uses
an in-carrier and out-carrier for receiving and transferring boards. Boards are
transported in the following order; in-conveyor, in-carrier, main conveyor, out-carrier,
and out-conveyor.
Furthermore if a program is set for double board production, it is possible for two boards
to be loaded at one time on each of the conveyors and carriers.
Basis of Production Flow
The flow of boards is shown in the figure below.
Boards on the in-conveyor are received by the retracted in-carrier.
The in-carrier advances forward and the clamped boards are transferred to the main
conveyor.
The boards on the main conveyor are received by the advanced out-carrier.
The out-carrier retracts and the clamped boards are transferred to the out-conveyor.

2. In-Conveyor
In addition to the guide rails, T-type conveyor belts, and motor that the standard
conveyor is equipped with, the in-conveyor in this system is also configured with a lifter
and mid-stopper.
The lifter moves up and down by means of an air cylinder thereby allowing boards on
the in-conveyor to be pushed up. Boards that have been lifted are received by the in-
carrier.
