C. Troubleshooting
The OILMATIC is guaranteed to achieve optimum performance when operated under the correct
load with the correct power supply. If trouble arises, check the following table and take necessary
countermeasures.
1. Check the LEDs on the operation panel and identify the cause of trouble using the
table given below.

No indication is

a. Verify that power is being properly supplied
b. Check to see if the circuit protector is "OFF" or
"ON".
c. Verify that the reverse phase protective relay
K11 is actuated.
d. Check the condition of the wiring
e. Check to see if the thermal protector B1 (THP) is
actuated but has failed to reset automatically.
If no abnormalities are found after checking a-e
above, then the trouble may lie in the controller
CPU, the 7-segment LED, or the RUN lamp
on the display pcb.
Trouble may occur if the refrigerator is operated
when the2nd and 3rd pins of the connector CN3
short-circuit at the temperature controller output.
Check to see whether the fluid temperature has
exceeded 45° C due to excess heat load. If not, it
is possible that there may be a breakage in the
wire of the fluid temperature control sensor
circuit.
Measure the electrical resistance between the 1st
and 2nd pins of the connector CN7 at the sensor
input area of the temperature controller. The
sensor is fitted with a thermistor, the resistance of
which is found to be 6 when the temperature of
the thermistor is 20° C. (The resistance is
inversely proportional to temperature)
Replace the
