About this Operating Manual
The goal of this operating manual is to introduce the proper
handling and use of the inspection system to the operator. It
contains operation and maintenance instructions as well as safety
regulations which must be followed by the client company and the
system operator. For this reason, the operating manual should
always be kept near the inspection system.

Inspection system documentation
The documentation of the inspection system consists of the
following parts:
Operating Manual
Transport Manual
Additional information can be found on the Online Help, which can
be called up through the Viscom software, see „Software“ > „Navi-
gation“ (Page 112).
Required Reading
The client company and operator of the inspection system are obli-
gated to read this operating manual and the transport manual, and
to follow the instructions.
Each person who is responsible for the transportation, setting,
installation, operation, decommissioning, trouble shooting or main---
tenance of the inspection system must read and understand the
instruction manual and the transport manual.
Please contact Viscom's technical staff or their superiors in case of
questions or lack of clarity.
Target groups
Only trained and authorized personnel may be employed on the
system. Access to the operating manual and transport manual
must be guaranteed.
The target groups are differentiated as follows:

company
The term "client company" applies to persons who use a product
for commercial or economic purposes or authorize a third party for
the use or application of a product, and during operation have the
legal responsibility to protect users of their product or other thirds,
