NOTE
The automatic check of the transport status is activated by default.
If it is not, the transport status must be corrected as soon as a
PCB is removed from the system in STOP mode.

NOTE
Before calling, ensure direct access to the inspection system. An
incident number is issued at the first call; please keep this number
ready for any further calls regarding the same incident.
Viscom Remote Support
As of now, Viscom offers a complete package for remote mainte-
nance of our inspection systems.
The new software allows the experts in Hanover direct access to
the inspection system without having to be on-site at a customer's
in person.
Access follows consultation with the customer IT department, over
the Internet or by telephone. For details about working with
Remote Support, please contact your IT department.
