• Ambient temperature must be 20±10°C and humidity 30% to 80%. Any dew
condensation must be avoided.
• When the machine is transferred to another place and the ambient temperature
rises more than the surface of the machine, dew may condense under the
condition described below.
Note that dew condensation may cause the machine to break down.
Condition of Dew Condensation
Dew may condense when the difference (based on "Humidity (%)") between the
ambient temperature of the destination (the place where the machine was
transferred) and the surface temperature of the machine reach the values or
more in the table below.
• Ensure that the selected place is free of electric noise, etc.
• Precautionary measures (prevention of noise generation, etc.,) must be taken for
other equipment to prevent malfunctions.

• Connect the primary power supply to Terminals "L1", "L2", and "L3" and the ground-
ing wire to the bolt at the grounding mark located on the right side of the power
breaker.

Note: Make the PE wire longer than the others (L1, L2, and L3), giving some
