NOTE Adjusting the lane speed for the load sequence also updates the lane speed of
the unload sequence.
3. Touch the JOG SPEED field to set the speed of both lanes after the LOAD IN TIME has
expired.
„ The conveyor will operate at this speed until the board reaches Detect 4.
4. Touch the NEXT PART DELAY field to set the time delay of both lanes when the MH
begins waiting for the upstream machine to load a part.
„ The timer will count down for the displayed amount of time. If a Board Available signal
is not sent from the upstream machine within the set time, the next machine sequence
will be initiated.
5. Touch the LOAD IN TIMER to set the timer initiated after a board is completely detected
on the conveyor.
„ The timer affects both lanes. The conveyor will operate at the lane speed for the
displayed amount of time, at which point the conveyor speed will reduce to the jog
speed.
Unload Sequence
1. Touch the LANE SPEED field to set the initial speed of both lanes when a conveyor
unload sequence is initiated.
„ The unload sequence also starts the HS unload timer.
?
NOTE Adjusting the lane speed for the unload sequence also updates the lane speed of
the load sequence.
2. Touch the UNLOAD SPEED field to set the speed of both lanes after the HS UNLOAD
TIMER has expired.
„ Typically, this speed is set to match the downstream machine’s conveyor speed.
3. Touch the HS UNLOAD TIMER field to set the timer initiated when a lane begins to
unload a board.
„ Until the timer expires or Detect 5 is activated, the conveyor will operate at the Lane
SPEED setting for the displayed amount of time, at which point the conveyor speed
will reduce to the UNLOAD SPEED setting for both lanes.
4. Touch the BOAT OUT DELAY field to set the time delay of both lanes.
„ The timer is started once Detect 5 is initially activated. It must be inactivated for the
displayed amount of time before the conveyor lane is considered cleared of a board. If
at any time Detect 5 becomes active, the timer will reset and start again.

Lane 2. If the separator is out of position (not in Lane 1 or in Lane 2), no BA/MR
appears.
8. Touch the LOAD Lane 1 button to manually turn on Lane 1.
„ Once enabled, a board is expected to arrive at the chamber pick position within 20 sec.
