8.2.1 吸嘴清扫功能设定
运转状态下，定期清扫装在工作头上吸嘴的功能。同时也清扫工作头的热补正定位点。
备注
对应工作头为 H24(G, S)、DX(R12) 工作头。并且标准吸嘴成为对象。
• [Nozzle cleaning during production guidance function]: [Used]
• [Nozzle cleaning interval]:：「1 ～ 240」小时 当累计运转时间达到设定时间后，就会显示吸嘴清
扫向导。
• [Not cleaned nozzle stoppage interval]: [0 to 60] 分钟 在显示了吸嘴清扫向导之后，如果超出了
所设定的时间而没有清扫吸嘴时，就会 停止生产。设定为 [0] 的时候，不进行生产停止。
能够使用该功能的模组是搭载了供料器类型清扫刷单元的模组。
8.2.2 IPS 尘埃检测功能设定
检测生产中的工作头上是否有灰尘的功能
• [Operation when dust is detected]：[Error stop]
高功能那个只适用于搭载了 H24(G, S) 工作头的机器。

8.2.3 料盘吸取开始点和前进方向的设定
料盘元件的吸取顺序有可能与其他公司的机器不同。
如果在辅助软件中变更料盘元件的吸取开始位置和吸取方向，即使是其他公司的机器上用剩的料盘元件，
也能够在 AIMEX-2S 中使用。
1. 请在料盘吸取开始点和前进方向的设定中，指定开始位置。
• [Tray pickup start point]: 选择 4 个开始位置中的任何一个位置。
• 设定值是以料盘方向 0 为基准时的开始位置。
