• This instruction manual is classified into several volumes on subjec-
tive basis as follows.
Volume 1: Operation (Operator)
This describes the fundamentals for those who read
this instruction manual and use the component place-
ment machine for the first time.
Coverage: This covers the checking items, the safety
precautions, the scope of the machine, the
preparatory and ending procedures of au-
tomatic operation, and the troubleshooting
on simple errors.
Volume 2: Operation (Supervisor)
This describes the general items related to machine
operations for those who have learned how to operate
the machine.
Coverage: This covers the specifications and func-
tions of the machine, various menus re-
lated to the program change, automatic op-
erations, and maintenance, etc.
Volume 3: Programming and Machine Data
This describes various data for a programmer(s) who
creates pattern programs and a supervisor who must
understand the meanings of various data.
Coverage: This covers the various data such as pat-
tern program, component library data and
the menus for production control and sys-
tem settings.
Volume 4: Maintenance and Troubleshooting
This describes periodic maintenance operations,
troubleshooting, etc., for those who use this machine.
Coverage: This covers periodic maintenance opera-
tions, the list of consumables and servic-
ing parts, troubleshooting on simple errors,
and the and remedial measures after "ER-
ROR" window.
