420101 Backup L Axis Error.
The movement of Backup (L) Axis was not completed within predetermined time.
Backup axis is unable to do upward movement and downward movement.
The problem is for Motor, Driver, Sensor Error or wiring Error.
Please check the motor, sensor on Machine check screen.

Check out the dirt, error, disconnection of sensor. If there is no problem with
sensor, the problem could be with motor wire/single error.

2. Error in Up/Down detection sensor. Check out the sensor input
3. Disconnection, Error of Movement output. Please check Stopper by manual

LS, discontinuous zeroing movement, was detected. Check out the dirt, error of
sensor and error in Motor body etc.

Out-of-Control in Backup(L) axis is detected
Motor Out-of-Control which is over the width of Out-of-Control detecting occurred.
Please execute all zeroing again, and the restart production. Please set motor
speed slow if it happens frequently. Also, in a case of structure motor Error.

Error in motor power voltage of Backup(L) axis
Motor power voltage dropped. Check out the Power supply line(48V Line)
