1. Turn off the PC and turn off the Main Switch in the front of the equipment.
2. Separate the cable for the sensor you want to replace.
3. Remove the fixing bolts from the sensor.
4. Replace with a new sensor.

Fix the center and end bolts first and then fix other bolts.
Using a torque wrench, apply140kgf/cm.
After finishing assembly, check the degree of straightness.
The degree of straightness with respect to the Main Head Base should be less than 0.03.
