3.2 PCB Transfer Section (PCB Input and Output Sections)
The PCB transfer mechanism works to transfer the PCB (sent from the input
machine) to the area just before the PCB positioning section and carries out the
component-placed PCB to the output machine.
The PCB sent from the input machine is transferred to the area just before the
PCB positioning section by the PCB input section.
The componentplaced PCB transferred from the PCB positioning section on the
output side is carried further to the output machine by the PCB output section.

The PCB input section and PCB output section also serve as buffers.
Also, these sections are used as connecting sections to the external machines or to
the PCB positioning section.
CAUTION
Before operating the machine, conrm that there are no
people around the machine (especially, the other side of
the machine operation) and no objects such as tools and
parts are left around the machine.
When a PCB is trapped in the PCB receiving area
between the main machine and the input or the
output machine, be sure to stop the machine before
removing the PCB.
Depending on the setting of the PCB discharge from the
input machine to the output machine, the conveyor might
be moved in direction Y because the "PCB Direction Y
Arrangement Operation" is performed at the moment
when the PCB is removed. In such case, your nger might
be caught.

3.3 PCB Positioning Section
The PCB positioning section is equipped with a mechanism by which the PCB
sent from the PCB input section can be xed (positioned) securely.
In the PCB positioning section, the placement head moves to the area above the
xed PCB according to the pattern program data and places the components on
the PCB.
When a program change operation is performed, it is required to rearrange the
PCB support pins and set up the conveyor width.

Notice
Do not put any foreign substance on the PCB positioning section.
Otherwise, the machine will break down.

3.4 X/Y Beam Section
This section is equipped with a mechanism by which the placement heads can be
shifted.
By shifting the placement heads in the X and Y directions, the vacuum nozzles
can be attached or detached and some components can be picked and placed on
the PCB.

WARNING
Those who wear implanted pacemakers are not
allowed to work inside the machine.
This machine uses strong permanent magnets in the
moving areas of the X/Y beams.
The pacemaker may be affected by the magnetism
and a serious accident will result.
CAUTION
Strong Magnetism
•
Do not bring any metal of high magnetizability
close to this.
Otherwise, such metal will easily be magnetized
and attracted, causing an injury to the operator or
breakdown of the machine.
•
Do not bring any object such as a magnetic
card and a watch close to the machine. Such an
object can easily be affected by the magnetism.
The data of the magnetic card might be cleared or
a watch, etc., may be damaged due to the strong
magnetism.
Notice
Keep the linear guide grooves clear of any object.
Otherwise, an object in the groove may be trapped in the moving part,
causing the machine to be damaged.
