PCB is sent to machine from right side, you should read the barcode on the board
that is at the upper right corner. When you check this item, don’t forget to set the
arrangement in [Multi Barcode Layout].
l Multi Barcode Layout – Only when the value in [Barcode count in one panel] is
greater than 1, can you press this button to enter the Barcode Layout Dialog.
n Panel input direction – Set the input direction is [From left side] or [From
right side].
n Decimal/Hex. – Set the kind of the barcode.
n Barcode layout – Set the corresponding layout of the multi-board.

Step1. Make sure the Barcode is detected in COM3. If it displays [COM3, 1 SICK]
as in the above figure, it is normal. If it does not display [COM3, 1 SICK],
you can click [Retry Com] to search it again. If you still can not find it, you
need to check the hardware and see if it is in good order (refer to the
hardware configurations at point 1)
Step2. If the “quiet zone” is too narrow (as shown in the following figure), it will
cause the barcode to be hard to be identified and you have to select [Narrow
Quiet Zone].
