Unit names and functions

Overview

"Intelligent SMD storage system YST15" is an automated warehouse system that automatically stores and

manages components.

YST15 can store up to 1500 7-inch size component reels in it as standard. The computer manages the stored

components and automatically extract them by considering the type, quantity, expiration date, and so on.

This machine can prevent human errors which are associated with loading/unloading components, and con-

trol the inventory properly. Additionally, it can handle more components and save larger space than opera-

tors manage the warehouse manually.

In addition, since up to 32 reels can be loaded or unloaded at a cycle, though it depends on the specifica-

tion the operator is not required to wait there, so the work efficiency will be significantly improved.
