2. Managing item packagings in YST15
2.1 Overview of Items/Packaging/B.O.M/Job Orders
YST15 manages the inventory for each item packaging-by-packaging.
Packagings can be unloaded one by one manually, and they can also be unloaded according to Job order
which has information about required items and their quantities to produce some quantities of boards.

Item Details of items are registered.
Packaging Item quantities and types of packagings stored in YST15 are registered.
BOM (Bill of Materials)
The items and their quantities, which are required to produce a board as a product, are
registered.
Job Order
The quantities of boards to be produced, the required types of packagings, and the
required quantities of packagings are listed in according to production plans.

2.2 Loading/Unloading flow
Work flow of YST15 is described in the following.
• Loading flow
First register items, then register packagings related to the items. After that, the label printer creates the labels for the
packagings. Then paste them on the packagings.
Put packagings on shelves of Loading/Unloading area, and press [Insert], then the machine loads them automatically.

• Unloading flow
First, create B.O.M., which lists the required items and the required quantities of them to produce a board.
Create Job orders, which list the required items and the required quantities of them for production plans, then unload the
packagings.
Planner function is able to judge if the production is available or not based on the inventory in YST15 before packagings
are unloaded.

Job order registration is also able to judge the production possibility, but Planner is easier to do it.
