FUNCtion:IMPedance:SOURce <Impedance>
Selects the output impedance for the measurement.
Parameters:
<Impedance> LOW | R10 | HIGH | R100
LOW | R10
Sets 10 Ω output impedance.
HIGH | R100
Sets 100 Ω output impedance.

FUNCtion:IMPedance[:TYPE][:PRIMary] <Impedance Type>
Selects the primary impedance parameter for the measurement corresponding to the
