3.4.4 Display and Vibrate Linear Feeder
When refilling linear feeders you can select and vibrate the feeders in question.

Mark the track in question (it will then appear against a light-blue bar).
Click on the Vibrate on button. The linear feeder on this track will vibrate.
Click on the Vibrate off button to switch off vibration.
NOTE
The arrow <== on the bar indicates whether the selected track is vibrating.
- Vibration stops when you quit this menu.

In the Wafflepack changer menu you can process inventory levels of the flatpack magazines brought up
from the wafflepack changer. It is also possible to carry out other functions of the wafflepack changer required
for refilling.

3.4.5.1 Go to Refill Position
The wafflepack changer is positioned in such a way that all flatpack magazines can be removed without
difficulty.
Click on the Go to refill position button.
A flatpack magazine which had been moved out is now moved into its defined level. The wafflepack
changer lift travels to the refill position. Flatpack magazines can now be refilled at that position.

3.4.5.2 Quit refill position
Click on the Quit refill position button.
All flatpack magazines which have been specified in the set-up will be approached and a check made
as to whether they are present. At the same time the flatpack magazines will be aligned. Flatpack
magazines which are lacking but are called for in the set-up will then be displayed in the menu win-
dow.
3.4.5.3 WPC Reference Run
Click on the Stop processing symbol.
Click on the WPC reference run button.
A flatpack magazine which had been moved out is now moved into its defined level. The lift of the waf-
flepack changer makes a reference run. (The wafflepack changer must not be in the refill position.)
3.4.5.4 Transport Position
So that the wafflepack changer can be transported without risk bring the wafflepack changer into the trans-
port position.
Click on the Stop processing symbol.
Click on the Transport position button. The lift will now move to a defined safety and transport posi-
tion. (The wafflepack changer must not be in the refill position.)
3.4.5.5 WPC Refilled
All flatpack magazines which have been defined in the set-up will be set to full.
Click on the WPC refilled button.
All defined flatpack magazines which have been defined as empty will be set to full. Placement will
be continued from these flatpack magazines which have been set full.
PLEASE NOTE
This is the same function as "Fill location“. The fill levels are not changed.
3.4.5.6 Feed WPC Tray
Flatpack magazines can be furnished from different trays. (The wafflepack changer must not be in the refill
position.)
Click on the Stop processing symbol.
Click on the Feed WPC tray symbol.
