6. Other Precautions
Follow the instructions below for handling of each section.
6.1 Precautions in Handling the Multi-Layer Tray Feeder
The figure shows the multi-layer tray feeder (FP-5021L).
The multi-layer tray feeder (FP-5021R) has the same structure as above.

Keep hands clear during device operation.
Your hand might be caught in a moving part
and so be injured.
Do not defeat the interlock function.
Part of your body might be caught by a moving part,
which might cause injury or breakdown.
Do not forget to put the magazine stopper in place,
otherwise it might move during operation,
causing a collision.
Do not bump the magazine, otherwise,
components might jump out of the tray
and enter the machine, with resultant breakdown.
Only remove the cover after turning off the power and air supply.
Inside the elevator are high voltage power sources and moving sections,
which might cause injury or electric shock.

Precautions in Closing or Opening the Magazine Door
Press the black circle section to close the magazine door securely;
otherwise the magazine door might open during operation and cause collision.
Precautions in Handling the Magazine
When the magazine is to be mounted on the device, do not mount it
carelessly; otherwise components might jump out from the tray, causing
breakdown.

7. Precautions in Affixing Positions for Warning Labels
7.1 Warning Labels
Warning labels have been affixed close to positions of concern.
When the machine is to be operated, read the instructions on the warning labels before the operation.
Precautions in Handling Warning Labels
• If a warning label becomes dirty, clean it with water or neutral detergent solution.
Do not use gasoline or organic solvent.
• If the dirt can not be removed, and the working label is damaged or peeled off, contact our Marketing Dept. or agency.
• When a warning label is to be replaced, check that the new warning label is the same as the old one.
7.2 Affixing Positions for Warning Labels on the Multi-Layer Tray Feeder
The figure shows the FP-5021L model. In the case of FP-5021R model, the warning labels are affixed symmetrically with the FP-5021L model, just as in a reflected image.
