1. Scope
This machine supplies a component tray to the traverse so that the place-
ment heads of the multi-functional electronic component placement ma-
chine “TIM-5100 (Main Machine)” can pick up components directly from
the tray.

Notes : (a) If the value of “t
1” or “t2” is 11.5 mm or more, the partition
plate (at even steps) is required to be removed when the tray
is set to the magazine.
(b) “S (Leeway)” becomes “Max. 0.5 mm” when the outer
dimensions of the mold is "9 × 9 mm" or less.
(c) The mass of components and the tray fixing metals is in-
cluded.
(d) Some components cannot be used due to the mechanical
characteristics. Consult our marking department or agency for
details.
