[Create Link ID] Button
When pressed, this button enables you to create a link ID for the
component ID selected in "*6".
[Merge...] Button
When pressed, this button enables you to merge the component
IDs selected in "*6".

Link and root IDs are arranged side by side and displayed in the tree
(hierarchical) file system.
*9 [New] Button
When pressed, this button opens a new "Component Library" edit
window with default values.

When the [Type Addition] button is pressed, the following window ap-
pears.

Newly created component types are displayed in this pane.

deleted.
