- Width/height: To set width/height grid value, divide inside of the window into given value
and conduct color inspection for each area.
- Inspection for individual segmentation region is conducted and calculate normal ratio with
average RGB value for each area.
- Normal ratio
If grid inspection result is below value set at normal ratio, judge as defect. If it is
above value set at normal ratio, judge as good.
If ratio of number of normal grid is above setting normal ratio when grid inspection
is used among total number of grid set in inspection area, setting inspection area
will be judged as good. (If differ from good/defect judgment criteria while using grid
inspection in soldering inspection.)
For example, grid is divided into width 4 and height 4 and total 16 grids are created,
and if grid that is judged as normal is more than 8 when normal ratio is set to 50%,
inspection area will be judged as normal.
Pixel ratio
- Conduct good/defect judgment using ratio of pixel relevant to color relevant to color
registered in teaching window.
- Preview for which pixel ratio is not selected will display average color of teaching region.
Preview for which pixel ratio is selected will display pixel with color of normal range or
normal boundary region in white.

IC average ratio inspection + (%)
- This is activated when IC color and pixel ratio is selected. Conduct pixel ratio inspection for
lead separation area in IC Bridge inspection and intersection area in color inspection
window.
- In case of occurrence of lifted defect, detect defect using characteristic of which color is
changed in lead area. (Refer to IC Bridge inspection.)
Judge defect as normal
- This function is to reverse good/defect judgment result.

4) Parameter of RGB color inspection window
Color coordinator configuration
- Calculate average RGB value in the relevant window and display in RGB area. RGB area
is express in 3D and R-B (red-blue) area is displayed in the left, and G (green) area is
displayed in the right.
Normal range
- Sphere
Select sphere for the shape of normal range. Supposing that RGB area is 3D,
define normal range as sphere. If it is within sphere range, judge as good.
Radius will be activated. Designate normal range.
- Cubic type
Select cubic type for shape of normal range. Define RGB area as cubic. If it is
within cubic range, judge as good.
Designate normal range of each RGB color.

5) Parameter of HSV color inspection window
Color coordinator configuration
- convert to HSV using RGB value in the relevant window, and display it in color (H, hue) -
saturation (S, saturation) area (left circle), and display position of luminance (V, value) in
the right bar.
Normal boundary region
- There are 3 methods of 3 points, circle, and pentagon shape to designate normal range of
color in inspection area.
- Designate min max range to designate normal range of luminance of inspection area
Color reset
- Reset normal color range. Divide color area ( ~ 360°) in color map into 3 and RGB each
allot, and set saturation to origin.
- Set R, G and B as initial value for each color
Normal range
- Designate inside or outside of normal boundary region as normal range.
- Designate area to which color of inspection window that completed teaching is included
(area displayed in dotted line) for „Inside‟, and designate the other area for „outside‟.
