5.8.4 Setting of Lead-tip Offset and Lead Offset

If “Use 3D Inspection” is pressed, “Lead Tip Tab” is activated.

Set the parameters for Lead-tip offset and Lead offset.

5.8.5 Use Color Map

- At the end of the Lead Tip Tab, there is “Use 3D Mask Image” check box as shown

below:.

- If “3D Mask Image” is pressed, “Set Color Map” button is activated, If this button is

clicked, the window set for Color Map appears as shown below:

- By using the window set for Color Map, the lead region valid on 2D Image may be

separated and used in 3D inspection.

5.8.8 Setting of Criteria and Expanded Region

23 Expanded_Size

- Width : Set the width of the expanded region.

- Height : Set the height of the expanded region.

24 Max Height

- in case the lead height is greater than the Max Height, the part is treated as a poor-

quality one.

25 Min Height

In case the lead height is smaller than the Min Height, the part is treated as a poor-

quality one.

26 Mean Maximum

In case the average height of leads is greater than the Mean Maximum, the part is

treated as a poor-quality one.

27 Deviation

In case the deviation the average height is greater than the Deviation,, the part is

treated as a poor-quality one.
