2.3 Tools and Equipment Required
▪ Allen key set
▪ Set of screwdrivers
▪ Diagonal cutter
2.4 Prerequisites
▪ The top code must be at least 3 mm from the side edges of the boards.
▪ The bottom code must be at least 3 mm from the side edges of the boards.
▪ Only one code can be read on the board: either top or bottom.

2.5 Restrictions
2.6 PCB Barcode Scanner Serial Number
The serial number of the barcode scanner can be found on the bottom of the scanner.
The minimum distance for the lens axes or the center-
point of the field of vision is approx. 88 mm. Taking into
consideration the field of vision width, a minimum space
is required between the barcode labels at lanes 1 and 2
(this does not apply to scanning of 1D codes in the X di-
rection). This is, in practice, only relevant if the PCB width
at lane 1 is near to the maximum width of the conveyor
lane.
NOTICE
Combination of various scanner types not possible
1D and 2D scanners can not be combined in one and the same machine.

Machines up to serial number K0261
Machines up to and including serial number K0261 can only be retrofitted with additional work.
