Maintenance of options
1. Dot station
1.1 Dot station maintenance
Check the following points to ensure smooth movement of the dot station.
Paper feed
Check to see if the reel drive belt is stretched or worn.
Paper suction holes
Check to see if dust or foreign matter has built up in the paper suction holes.

Reel drive belt
• If the reel drive belt is stretched, adjust the belt tension.
• If the belt is worn out and needs to be replaced, remove the gear and replace the belt.

1.1 Applicable grease
When greasing the lubrication points, be sure to use appropriate grease specified by YAMAHA.

CAUTION
If grease other than that specified is used, this may cause damage to the machine.

1.2 Grease gun
Select an appropriate nozzle suitable for the lubrication point and attach it to the grease gun to apply the
grease. Change the nozzle according to the greasing instructions.
