Machine parameter offset Specifications:
The newly measured offsets will be
entered automatically into the screen at
left.
Z=-2.50 mm to 4.50 mm
If an offset is out of the
specification, check that:
1. the vacuum pressure is
not excessively low.
2. the nozzle is not worn.
3. the nozzle is set
properly.
4. the vacuum sensor
functions properly.

"Magnifying power" boxes
shown at left, enter a
tentative value "0.01"
Press [Chip recog camera
θaxis OriginOffset.].
Select the stage to be taught.
Press [Unlock] and [Jig setting] simultaneously.
The head moves to the jig setting
position (the center of the stage).
Set the jig on Nozzle
Position 3.
