Maintenance Adjustment Light Transfer-Head Assembly(3-nozzles)
Remarks
Press [Lead checker].
Select the desired stage.
Press [Unlock] and [Jig setting] simultaneously.
Set the jig onto Head 3.
Press [Unlock] and [Z teach] simultaneously.
Head 3 moves to the lead checker and Z
(between the lead checker and the jig) is
measured automatically.

Press [Unlock] and [Jig remove] simultaneously.
Remove the jig from
Head 3.
Press the "Return" key.
Press [Unlock] and [Run] simultaneously.
The selected head returns to the origin.
