Remarks
Turn off the main power.
Turn the switch to the left.
Close the MR-unit cock.
After closing the cock, turn the regulator
to the left, and release the air.
* The gauges are lined from the left as
follows: compulsory blow, bulk air and
main air.
0.49MPa to
0.54MPa
Remove the feeder cover and the chute.
Allen key 3 mm
M4 screw 4 pcs.
Remove the right side cover.
Remove the feeder cover.
Remove the tape-float-sensor cover from
the main body.
Allen key 3 mm
M4 screw 4 pcs.

Remove the upper chute.
Allen key 3 mm
M4 screw 2 pcs.
Remove the nozzle changer.
Allen key 4 mm
M5 screw 3 pcs.
Iron plate
Allen key 3 mm
M4 x 8 mm 1 pc.
Put an iron plate on the bottom of the head. (Different picture from the actual
machine, but the same procedures.)
Disconnect the nozzle-changer connector.
