Remarks
Switch off the main power and air supply.
Remove the feeder cover and the chute.
Phillips screwdriver #2
Allen key 3 mm
Screw M4 2 pcs.
Screw M4x10mm 3 pcs.
Thick washer 3 pcs.
Remove the cylinder tubes to release air.
Since pressure is applied, pushing the
hose holding ring with a wrench or an
equivalent tool, remove the hose.
Magic marker
Air tube φ8　　4 pcs.
Remove the upper cutter cover.
Allen key 3 mm
Screw M4x8mm 5 pcs.

Cut the cable ties from the air tubes.
Nipper
Cable tie 100 6 pcs.
Close the movable cutter blade by hand.
Note: Do not touch the blade. Normally it is closed.
Remove the grease tube.

Remove the cutter unit holding bolts. (See the illustration in Step 12.)

Remove the three screws tightened at the bottom of the unit.
Remove these three screws, which have rubber pads.
