Maintenance Adjustment Light Transfer-Head Assembly (3 nozzles)

Item
Press [Unlock] and [Run] simultaneously.
The offsets are entered automatically into the screen below:
If a large negative value is entered into
Offset B, check:
1. that a vacuum ring is suspended by two
extension springs.
2. that the spline shaft slides smoothly.
Manually enter "F1" and
"F2" values.
F1: 4.0 N to 6.0 N
F2: 15.0 N to 25.0 N
Once the loads above are
entered, offsets will be
calculated automatically.
A: 8.0 to 9.5
B: 0.0 to 15.0

Remarks
Press [Lead checker].
Select the desired stage.
Press [Unlock] and [Jig setting] simultaneously.
Set the jig onto Head 3.
Press [Unlock] and [Z teach] simultaneously.
Head 3 moves to the lead checker and Z
(between the lead checker and the jig) is
measured automatically.
