Switch off the main power.
Remove the feeder cover.

Screw M4 2 pcs.
Remove the head cover.

M4 2pcs.
Disconnect the valve connectors.

Cut the cable ties.

Nipper
Remove the vacuum tubes from the vacuum sensor.
2-000004
Remove the vacuum and the air tubes from the rear side of the head.
Remove the manifold holding screws from the rear side of the head.
Be careful not to let the valve fall.
Allen key 3 mm
Screw M4 2 pcs.

Remove a set of manifolds. Replace the valves.
One set consists of three valves. Allen key 2.5 mm
Screw M3 6 pcs.
Put a new set of manifolds in position.
Allen key 3 mm
Screw M4 2 pcs.
Connect the vacuum and the air tubes.
Connect the vacuum tube to the vacuum sensor.
