Create New Empty database

Create New Empty Database is used to create an empty database for current program. Golden database is important

for empty database. The golden database contains the ViTrox recommended device type to ease users to train the

reference designator.

The figure below shows the database manager setting after selecting "Create new database from existing". The

information shows in database manager are:

● Destination of the new generate database.

● Database list that contain similar part number or shape in descending order.

Create New Empty database

Merge Database

Merge Database is used to merge the database of current database and the selected database. When merging

databases, the current database becomes the base database. If there is an untrained reference designator in the

current database matches the selected database, it merged into the current database.

Note: Merge database feature works on the device type and eOCV in dat file
